At Fox Jet Studios, we work hard to create unique games, projects, designs, logos, and content. To protect our work and ensure fair use, we have a few important rules regarding the use of our intellectual property.

All our content is protected by copyright. We reserve the right to remove any content we believe infringes upon our intellectual property rights. 

1. Brand & Content Usage

You are not allowed to use, modify, or copy any of our logos, product/game names, assets, designs, or other content without our explicit permission.

✅ Allowed: 

If you're a content creator you can feature our games in content such as videos or streams, but you must not modify/copy our logos, projects or in-game work. Proper credit to Fox Jet Studios is required. If you follow our Content Usage Policy you will not need permission for content creation on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, etc.

🚫 Not Allowed: 

Modify, copy or use our content (logos, projects, designs, games, etc) without our explicit written permission;

Any commercial use of our logo (such as merchandise, advertisements, or promotional material), requires explicit written permission. See below how you can enter in contact with us for commercial use.

3. Consequences of Violating This Policy

Any unauthorized use of Fox Jet Studios content may result in legal action or content takedowns. We reserve the right to protect our intellectual property to maintain the integrity of our work.
